He Who Goes To Bed Hungry Dreams Of Pancakes.....

Apparently the heading is an old Maltese proverb....and last night as I sat up till around 2.15am finishing the blanket with my stomach rumbling as I'd eaten dinner at around 7pm..... the above proverb was very true.

Breakfast this morning....wholemeal pancake, just one, note the size, smaller than the centre of a dinner plate, natural organic yoghurt, a handful of blackberries, drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon.......delicious.
