Today and forever on I'm embracing vegetarianism. I've been slowly gearing up to this for a full 12 months, slowly reducing the meat based meals and replacing them with vegetable matter as it's referred to around these parts.
So this is what was on offer for dinner tonight. Chachouka, a spicy pepper and tomato stew with eggs baked in the dish, all served up with a green salad. The recipe can be found here or in River Cottage Veg Everyday.....and it was delicious.
